Floe vs. Docket: An AI Demo Agent or an Inbound Demand Platform
Both can show a prospect your product inside a conversation. Docket does the rest of inbound too; Floe does the demo. They differ on scope, languages, pricing and setup.

Docket is an inbound demand platform: its agent talks with website visitors by voice or text, identifies accounts, qualifies, routes meetings to the right rep and writes the conversation to your CRM. In September 2026 it added Showroom, which walks a visitor through a live sandbox of your product. Floe is an AI demo agent only: it runs a voice-led demo in your real product with a demo account, qualifies the visitor and offers your booking page. Docket publishes prices from $3,000 a month by website traffic and lists 40+ languages; Floe quotes by demo volume and speaks English and Hindi.

Floe vs. Docket at a glance
| Compared | Floe | Docket |
|---|---|---|
| What the prospect sees | Your real product, driven in a real browser with a demo account, on every demo. | With Showroom, a live sandbox of your product, narrated by voice inside the conversation. Without it, slides and content. |
| How the demo is built | Floe explores your product with your demo account and writes its own demo guides. The prospect steers the demo. | Docket says Showroom needs no pre-built content; adding context about your product sharpens it. |
| When your UI changes | Re-crawls your product nightly or weekly and updates its guides (turned on per site by the Floe team). | Not described, beyond running in a live sandbox of your product. |
| What it answers from | Your docs, knowledge base and videos, plus Reference Guides your team writes. | A knowledge base fed by your CRM, call recordings, Slack, docs and other sources. |
| How it talks | Voice-led demo. The website agent takes text or voice, with an optional video presenter. | Voice or text. Custom-voiced agents and a video avatar on the Scale plan. |
| Languages | English and Hindi. | 40+. |
| Qualifying and booking | Asks up to eight of your qualification questions and offers your booking page (Cal.com or Calendly). It does not route between reps. | Identifies the account, asks discovery questions, and routes booked meetings to the right rep by your rules. |
| Where the lead goes | Summary to Slack, Microsoft Teams or email; HubSpot and Salesforce enabled on request. | The conversation, qualification answers and next steps into Salesforce or HubSpot, with real-time alerts. |
| Pricing | Not published; tailored to your demo volume. | Published, by website traffic: from $3,000/mo for up to 20,000 monthly visitors and from $4,000/mo for up to 100,000, billed annually; Enterprise custom. No free trial. |
| Setup | Two script tags and a demo account, then about 48 hours with the Floe team. | A JavaScript snippet, implemented by Docket’s team. It says most teams are live in 7 to 14 days. |
| Security | SOC 2 Type II in progress. | SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and GDPR. |

The difference that matters: a platform for inbound, or an agent for the demo
Both can show a prospect your product inside a conversation. They differ in how much else comes with it.
Docket replaces the inbound stack. Its agent identifies the account, answers from a knowledge base fed by your CRM, call recordings and docs, qualifies, routes the meeting to the right rep and logs the conversation in Salesforce or HubSpot. Showroom, announced in September 2026, adds the demo: the agent navigates a live sandbox of your product while it talks. The price follows your website traffic.
Floe does the demo. It explores your product with a demo account, writes its own demo guides and re-crawls on a schedule once the Floe team turns that on. It qualifies with the questions you set and offers your booking page, but it does not identify anonymous visitors or route meetings between reps. It sits beside the chat, routing and CRM tools you already have.
