Home / Compare / Floe vs. Qualified

Qualified’s Piper is an AI SDR, now owned by Salesforce: it talks with website visitors by text, voice or video, follows up by email, qualifies and books meetings, and shows slides and content rather than your product. Floe is an AI demo agent: it runs a live, voice-led demo in your real product, qualifies the visitor and offers your booking page. Piper lets your reps join a conversation and nurtures leads by email; Floe does neither. Neither publishes prices.

The difference that matters: a conversation about the product, or the product

Both greet a website visitor, answer questions, qualify and book a meeting. They differ in what happens when the visitor asks to see the product.

Piper is an AI SDR. Qualified’s own example has Piper pull up a short slide presentation and give the sixty-second version. It carries the conversation across the website and the email inbox, routes to the right rep, and lets a rep step in live. The product demo happens later, in the meeting it books.

Floe is an AI demo agent. When the visitor asks to see the product, it operates your real product in a browser and talks them through it, then offers your booking page. It does not email leads or put a rep into the conversation. Many teams would run both: a chat or SDR tool across the site, and Floe on the demo call-to-action.

Where Floe is stronger

Shows the product
Floe runs a live demo in your real product. Piper shows slides and content in the conversation.
The demo comes before the meeting
A visitor who books after a Floe demo has already seen the product, so the first call starts further along.
Keeps up with your product
Scheduled re-crawls update Floe’s demo guides as your UI changes, once the Floe team turns them on.

Which should you choose?

Choose Qualified if

  • You run Salesforce and want an AI SDR built around it
  • You want email follow-up and nurture as well as website conversations
  • Your reps need to join live conversations
  • Booking qualified meetings, not showing the product, is the goal

Choose Floe if

  • Your buyers ask to see the product before they talk to sales
  • You want the first meeting to start after the demo, not before it
  • You want a demo agent beside the chat or SDR tool you already run
