Qualified (Piper) Alternatives After the Salesforce Acquisition

What the Salesforce deal means for Piper, and nine alternatives grouped by what the visitor gets: a product demo or a chat. Every fact comes from the vendor’s own site.

Home / Compare / Qualified Alternatives

Salesforce completed its acquisition of Qualified on 1 April 2026, and Piper is still sold under the Qualified name. Piper qualifies visitors and books meetings, and shows slides rather than the product. Alternatives that show the product run it live (Floe, Karumi, Naoma), in a sandbox (Docket) or from captured demos (Storylane RepX, 1mind); AI chat alternatives include Warmly, HubSpot Customer Agent and Fin, which Salesforce has also agreed to buy. Every entry is checked against the vendor’s own site.

How this list was made. Floe wrote this page and is listed first because it is ours; the rest are alphabetical within each group. Each entry quotes the vendor and links to where it said so. Where a vendor’s site does not say something, the entry says so instead of guessing. Vendors: if anything here is out of date, email hello@floe.so and we will correct it.

What happened to Qualified

Salesforce announced an agreement to acquire Qualified on 17 December 2025 and completed it on 1 April 2026 (Salesforce). Its next quarterly filing values the deal at $1.2 billion (Salesforce 10-Q). Salesforce said the deal will accelerate its Agentforce Sales and Agentforce Marketing products.

Piper is still sold as Piper. qualified.com still sells “Piper the AI SDR Agent”, with pricing on request. Salesforce markets Piper by name for inbound website visitors and keeps its own Agentforce agent, since renamed Agentforce Engagement, for outbound email (Salesforce). Articles saying Agentforce has replaced Qualified are ahead of the facts.

Why teams look at alternatives. Qualified publishes no pricing, and its direction now follows Salesforce’s. Piper talks with visitors and books meetings, but shows slides and content rather than the product. And Fin, a common suggestion, is itself being bought by Salesforce.

Where Floe fits, and where it does not. Floe is an AI demo agent: it runs a live, voice-led demo in your real product, qualifies the visitor and books the meeting. It does not identify anonymous visitors, and your reps cannot join the conversation live. If those are what you use Qualified for, keep a chat tool and consider Floe on the demo call-to-action.

How to choose a Qualified alternative

Should the visitor see the product? Piper shows slides and content in the conversation. If your buyers ask to see the product before they talk to sales, compare the agents that operate your real product or a sandbox of it.

Which CRM do you run? Salesforce markets Piper alongside Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud. If you run HubSpot, HubSpot Customer Agent works inside it; most of the other tools here write to either CRM.

Do your reps need to join the conversation? Qualified lets a rep join a live chat or video with a high-value visitor. Warmly offers live chat too. AI demo agents such as Floe have no inbox for your team.

What does it need from you? Agents that operate the real product need a demo account they can log into, and most cannot get past an MFA prompt. Captured demos need someone to build and refresh them.

How is it priced? Per year (Warmly), per outcome (Fin, HubSpot), per month by visitors (Docket, Storylane RepX), or by demo volume (Floe, Naoma). Work out the cost for your traffic, not the entry plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

Did Salesforce buy Qualified?
Yes. Salesforce announced the deal on 17 December 2025 and completed it on 1 April 2026. Salesforce's quarterly filing puts the acquisition-date fair value at $1.2 billion.
Is Qualified's Piper being replaced by Agentforce?
Not so far. Qualified still sells Piper under its own name, and Salesforce's own demand-generation page offers Piper for inbound website visitors and its Agentforce agent, now called Agentforce Engagement, for outbound email.
Does Piper show the product?
Piper shows slides and content in the conversation, not the product; Qualified's own example has Piper pulling up a short slide presentation. Floe, Karumi and Naoma (from its Growth plan) operate your real product in a browser, Docket's Showroom runs a sandbox of it, and Storylane RepX shows interactive demos captured from it.
Is Fin a way to leave Salesforce's stack?
Not for long, perhaps. Intercom renamed itself Fin in May 2026, and in June 2026 Salesforce agreed to buy Fin for about $3.6 billion. The deal had not closed when this page was checked.
