Chili Piper Alternatives in 2026: Routing Tools, AI SDRs and Instant Demos

What Chili Piper costs, and thirteen alternatives in three groups: tools that replace its routing, AI SDRs that book, and AI demo agents that show the product first. Every fact comes from the vendor’s own site.

Home / Compare / Chili Piper Alternatives

Chili Piper qualifies, routes and books inbound leads, from $1,250 a month on annual billing. The alternatives fall into three groups. Routing and scheduling tools (Default, RevenueHero, LeanData BookIt, Calendly, HubSpot’s meeting scheduler) replace it directly. AI SDRs (Qualified, Warmly, Fin) add a conversation before the booking. AI demo agents (Floe, Naoma, Docket) show the visitor the product first and then offer a meeting; they do not route between reps. Every entry is checked against the vendor’s own site.

How this list was made. Floe wrote this page. Tools that replace Chili Piper’s routing and scheduling come first, then AI SDRs, then AI demo agents, where Floe is listed first because it is ours; the rest are alphabetical within each group. Each entry quotes the vendor and links to where it said so. Vendors: if anything here is out of date, email hello@floe.so and we will correct it.

What Chili Piper is, and why teams look elsewhere

Chili Piper turns an inbound form or chat into a meeting: it qualifies the lead, routes it to the right rep and books the time, or connects an instant call. Its Routing & Scheduling plan starts at $1,250 a month ($15,000 a year) with 15 seats, and Experiences at $3,500 a month with 30 seats. Billing is annual only, and the page says new pricing tiers are rolling out (Chili Piper pricing).

Why teams look at alternatives. The price and the annual commitment are the usual reasons. The outcome is also a meeting: the buyer sees the product only when a rep shows it. And the instant option depends on a person. Reps receive Concierge Live calls only while they are set Online, and when nobody is available the visitor is shown a calendar instead (Chili Piper help centre).

When Chili Piper is the better choice. Many reps share your inbound leads and routing is the hard part: territories, account ownership, round-robin. Your buyers expect a person on the first call, and your reps can staff live calls in working hours. For that job, compare it with the routing tools below, not with Floe.

Where Floe fits, and where it does not. Floe does not replace Chili Piper’s routing: it has no round-robin, territory or account-ownership rules. It changes the first step. The visitor gets a live, voice-led demo of your real product at once, answers your qualification questions, and is then offered your booking page. Cal.com, Calendly and Schedule Hero open inside the demo, and other scheduling links open in a new tab. Teams with several reps keep a routing tool behind that booking step.

How to choose a Chili Piper alternative

What do you need to replace? Chili Piper does three jobs: it qualifies from the form, routes to the right rep and books the meeting. If you only use the booking step, a scheduler is enough. If routing rules are the hard part, compare the routing tools first.

How many reps share the leads? One or two sellers can share a booking page. A larger team needs round-robin, territories and account ownership, which the routing tools provide and the AI demo agents do not.

A meeting, a conversation or the product? A routing tool gives the visitor a meeting. An AI SDR gives them a conversation and then a meeting. An AI demo agent shows them the product and then offers a meeting. Decide which first step your buyers want.

Can you staff instant calls? An instant call only works when a rep is free to take it. If your team cannot staff calls through the working day, or your visitors arrive outside it, plan for what the visitor gets instead.

How is it priced? Per user plus a platform fee (RevenueHero), per seat (Calendly), by annual platform plan (Default, Chili Piper), per outcome (Fin), or by demo volume (Floe, Naoma). Work out the cost for your team and traffic, not the entry plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Chili Piper cost?
Chili Piper's Routing & Scheduling plan starts at $1,250 a month ($15,000 a year) with 15 seats, and its Experiences plan at $3,500 a month ($42,000 a year) with 30 seats. Its pricing page says monthly billing is not available.
What is the best Chili Piper alternative?
For routing and scheduling, compare Default, RevenueHero, LeanData BookIt and, for simpler needs, Calendly's Teams plan or HubSpot's meeting scheduler. For an AI SDR that qualifies and books, compare Qualified and Warmly. If you want the visitor to see the product before the meeting, compare AI demo agents such as Floe, Naoma and Docket.
Does Chili Piper connect visitors to a rep instantly?
It depends on rep availability. Chili Piper's help centre says a rep must be set Online to receive Concierge Live calls, and when nobody is available the visitor is shown a calendar to book a meeting instead.
Is Floe a Chili Piper alternative?
Not for routing. Floe has no round-robin, territory or account-ownership rules. It changes the first step instead: the visitor gets a live, voice-led demo of your real product, answers your qualification questions, and is then offered your booking page.

Give the visitor the demo, then the meeting
