Floe vs. Naoma: Two AI Demo Agents That Run Your Real Product
Both run a live demo in your real product. They differ on who builds the demo, how it keeps up with your releases, languages and pricing.

Floe and Naoma are both AI demo agents that run a live demo in your real product, in a real browser, and qualify the visitor as they go. Naoma’s demos are flows its team builds and revises, capped at 10 to 30 steps by plan, with live product demos from its $750 Growth plan, 33 languages and a choice of avatars. Floe writes its own demo guides, re-crawls your product on a schedule to keep them current, lets the prospect steer, and speaks English and Hindi.

The difference that matters: who keeps the demo current
Both agents show your real product. The difference is who keeps the demo current.
Naoma demos are flows. Naoma defines a step as one thing the agent shows, such as a slide, an image or a single page of your product, and caps a flow at 10 steps on Starter, 15 on Growth and 30 on Scale. The Naoma team builds the flow with you, and when the prospect goes off course, Naoma says its agent uses structured flows and recovery logic to bring the demo back. The Scale plan includes up to three revisions a quarter.
Floe explores your product itself, signed in with your demo account, and writes the guides it demos from. When the Floe team turns on scheduled re-crawls for your site, it re-explores the product nightly or weekly and updates those guides, so a release does not mean rebuilding the demo. The prospect steers: they ask for what they care about and Floe shows it.
