AI demo agent questions

How much does an AI demo agent cost?

Short answer: Eight of the 20 AI demo agents we track publish prices, from $9 per completed demo to $3,000 a month and up. Pricing is per demo, by demo volume, by website visitors or by credits, so compare the cost of the demos you expect rather than the entry plan.

Published prices, by pricing model

Prices are as each vendor published them when we checked between 26 September and 1 October 2026. The sources are in the full list of AI demo agents.

Per completed demo. Rayko charges $9 per completed demo, with a free 30-day pilot.

By demo volume. Aelios starts at $500 a month for 200 demos, with a 30-day free trial, and its Pro plan is $3,000 a month. Naoma starts at $249 a month, billed annually, for slide-based demos; its live product walkthroughs start at $750 a month on the Growth plan.

By calls. 10Demo is free for 5 calls a month, and its Startup plan is $149 a month for 100 calls, then $1 each.

By monthly plan. Hyper AI starts at €49 a month, with a 7-day free trial.

By website visitors. Storylane RepX starts at $2,000 a month for up to 20,000 monthly visitors, with a 30-day trial; $3,000 a month adds a video avatar.

By credits. Supademo sells agent credits as an add-on to its paid plans, from $99 for 1,400 credits, and includes 1,500 free credits.

Annual contracts. Docket starts at $3,000 a month, billed annually, and its Scale plan at $4,000 a month.

The other twelve, Floe included, do not publish prices.

Costs beyond the subscription

Setup. Someone connects the agent to your product and content, and checks its first demos.

A demo account. Agents that operate the real product need a sign-in and data you are happy for any prospect to see.

Keeping it current. Captured demos need re-capturing when the product changes; for other agents, ask who does that work. See how AI demo agents stay accurate.

Review time. Reading transcripts in the first weeks is how you find gaps before prospects do.

How to compare the cost

Entry plans are not comparable across pricing models. Estimate the demos you expect a month, then work out the cost per completed demo and per qualified meeting for each vendor at that volume. Set that against what the same meetings cost today: the hours your team spends on first demos, and the requests that go cold while they wait for a reply (speed to lead).
